We are an experienced team of structural engineers specializing in conversions, extensions and refurbishment of existing domestic and commercial buildings as well as designing of new buildings.

We pride ourselves on good communication skills and an ability to think laterally at the design inception stage, leading to efficient and timely design solutions.

As a team, Bini Structural Engineering operates a networked electronic office using CAD as the primary means of drawing production, continually upgrading hardware and software to provide clear and concise information. The team has experience in all forms of construction including reinforced concrete, structural steelwork, timber and masonry.

Our aim is to always provide a structural design solution which is both economic and conforms to current building regulations. To ensure the smooth running of projects, we work closely with our client’s and building professionals and ensure that designs are delivered on time in accordance with the agreed brief and programme.

We undertake a wide range of work for private clients, developers, architects, designers and contractors ranging from simple interior alterations to major extensions and conversions. We work closely with all parties to understand their requirements and provide innovative solutions to accommodate structural, planning and budgetary constraints. Our understanding of the need for quality, economy, sustainability and durability is central to our approach.

We have a long and strong established relationship with specialist contractors, structural glazing contractors, aluminium casters, movement specialists and fabric contractors which allow us to apply cutting edge technology & innovative ideas so as to develop bespoke solutions with a sophisticated response.
